Brilliant Workshop and Great Communication
Travelling on an extended road trip and experienced 12v issues with the auxiliary lithium battery (with car freezer plugged in). I had the battery checked and a shunt fitted in Melbourne prior to departure. The poor workmanship failed due to incorrect wiring. JTAE in Darwin was my port of call to fix the issue. Efficient and Honest Battery Replacement Service
I rang J&T on the Tuesday afternoon with a battery or alternator issue with my motor home and I was booked in for 7.30am Wednesday. Tim was great in listening to my concerns. After about 2.5 hours Tim rang to say it was the battery, alternator was okay, the cost and I gave the go ahead. About an hour later following them having to pick up the battery from Century I was ready to go. I had also asked them to have a look at a windscreen stone guard bolt that I had broken. When I arrived I liked what they had done with the stone guard bolt and asked if they could also do the other one. No problems. All in all very happy with the service and outcome. Prompt and Effective Caravan Battery Repair
Contacted J&T Auto Electrics yesterday as caravan lithium batteries had gone flat whilst in storage without adequate sun. Requested a service call to wake up the batteries. Despite their current workload a technician came to the caravan park this morning. The batteries failed to respond and Mitchell had to complete fault finding and a complete disconnection and reconfiguration, ultimately returning the system to full operation.
