This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm.

Minimum 40 hour weeks. Weekends when required.

You must be able to work autonomously, be a great communicator, excellent customer service skills and have knowledge and experience within the Automotive Industry and parts interpreting.

Duties Include

  • Diagnose, install and repair auto electrical and air-conditioning on all light and heavy vehicles.
  • Ability to understand wiring schematics
  • Diagnose and repair of auto electrical components
  • New Vehicle, truck, machinery and Mine Spec Fit-Outs
  • Vehicle and Caravan Battery Management upgrades

Essential Criteria

  • Hold appropriate Trade Qualifications (Cert III in Auto Electrical)
  • Have experience in diagnosis, installation and repair of auto electrical and air-conditioning on all vehicles, trucks and heavy machinery.
  • Motivated with a high attention to detail
  • The ability to carry out repairs/installations as required, with the ability to understand wiring schematics
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Current NT Manual Drivers Licence

We are searching for a full time Service Advisor to assist our team and existing Service Advisor with the day to day operations of the business.

Experience and knowledge within the Automotive industry is essential.

This is a full time role working Monday – Friday; 7am – 5pm.

You must be able to work autonomously, be a great communicator, excellent customer service skills and have knowledge and experience within the Automotive Industry and parts interpreting.

Duties Include:

  • Answering phones & schedule job bookings
  • Customer service & sales enquiries
  • Parts interpretation
  • Sourcing & ordering parts for jobs as required
  • Daily job checks and correspondence with workshop & field service team members in relation to job bookings
  • High attention to detail
  • Process and invoice repairs and job cards
  • Tasks assistance for the smooth operation of the sales counter
  • Stock management & stock takes
  • Picking & packing customer orders
  • All other ad hoc duties as required

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum two years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with computers systems
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • High level organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and key suppliers and customers; and contribute as an effective team member
  • Demonstrates work ethic and attitude that aligns with JTAE values of being professional, accountable, honest, respectful and innovative.
  • Current NT Manual Drivers Licence

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in the Auto Electrics & Air Conditioning industry
